The process

Design consultation

We begin with you. Getting your ideas on paper for what you want your furniture to look like. What style, colours, inspirations and aesthetics are going to suit your space.

Technical Drawing/Modelling

We can manage all of the technical drawing and modelling of your custom furniture to ensure that sizing, specifications are correct. This will allow you to see a 3d representation of the pieces before they are made and ensure the pieces are replicable in the future if you need more.

Manufacturing

We then send the technical drawings and specifications to our factories in china. Our factories are high quality manufacturing hubs of the best furniture in the world. The days of China’s reputation for cheap and unreliable products are long gone. China represents one of the most concentrated sources of expertise, craftsmanship and efficiency in the world.

For most companies this stage would complete their service. But we go a step further and offer and industry leading warranty. Paired with our onsite, New Zealand based team, we are able to repair, refurbish and maintain all the furniture we supply.
